<br />Zoning Ordinance of the San Marcos Code of Ordinances be <br />amended to add veterinary services as a specific use in the <br />"LB" Limited Business District to read as follows: <br /> (7) Veterinary services, ~Ñhere all activities and <br /> facilities are entirely within a totally <br /> enclosed building. <br /> SECTION 9. That subdivision (3) of subsection (B) of <br />Section 29 of the General Zoning Ordinance of the San Marcos <br />Code of Ordinances is amended to read as follows: <br /> ( 3) Any use listed in Section 29 (A)(7) above <br /> having a vehicle drive-up or drive-through <br /> facility. <br /> SECTION lØ. That subdivision (4) of Subsection (B) <br />of Section 29 of the General Zoning Ordinance of the San <br />Marcos Code of Ordinances is amended to read as follows: <br /> (4) Banks or other financial institutions <br /> exceeding the maximum off-street parking space <br /> limitation referenced in Section 29(A)(7) <br /> above. <br /> SECTION 11. That Subdivision (6) of Subsection (B) of <br />Section 29 of the General Zoning Ordinance of the the San <br />Marcos Code of Ordinances is amended to read as follows: <br /> (6) Restaurants or sel f-service laundries subject <br /> to the same limitations required in subsection <br /> (A)(7), above, except that the restaurants may <br /> have a direct outside entrance for customers <br /> and may be a principal use. <br /> SECTION 12. That Section 3Ø(A) and (B) of Appendix A, <br />General Zoning Ordinance of the San Marcos Code of Ordinances <br />be amended to add veterinary services as specific and <br />permitted uses to read as follows: <br /> (A) Permitted uses: <br /> (4) Any other retail or service use not otherwise <br /> listed as a specific use in this district, or <br /> light distribution facilities provided such <br /> use ~s not noxious or offensive by reason of <br /> the emission of odors, dust, noise, gas, <br /> fumes, vibrations, or soot, but excluding any <br /> uses specifically listed as permitted in the <br /> "LI" or "I" districts. All permanent outdoor <br /> storage areas shall be screened from public <br /> v ie\'I7. <br /> (6) Veterinary services and kennels, where all <br /> activities and facilities are entirely within <br /> a totally enclosed building. <br /> (B) Specific uses, in accordance with Section 35: <br /> (5) Veterinary services and kennels with outdoor <br /> facilities. <br /> SECTION 13. That Section 39(C) and (D) of Appendix A, <br />General Zoning Ordinance of the San Marcos Code of Ordinances <br />is amended with regard to nonconforming uses to read as <br />follows: <br />
