<br /> cost, accumulated depreciation, annual depreciation, and <br /> projected provision for each asset or group of assets. <br /> (c) Insurance Summary: Displays the description of the <br /> fields being summarized, CRN, exclusions, reproduction <br /> insurable cost, actual cash value, exclusions, CRNLD, <br /> and original cost for each asset or group of assets. <br /> (d) Insurance Property Record Report: Displays the tag <br /> number, class code, quantity, manufacturer's name, model <br /> or type number, description, serial number, CRN, and <br /> CRNLD for each asset or group of assets. <br /> 2.6.3 Special Asset Considerations <br /> <br /> The CONSULTANT will supply a supplemental report to the City which <br /> will contain information from deed records such as the volume, page <br /> number, and recording date of the land transaction; the grantor; the <br /> legal description; method of acquisition (if known); the estimated <br /> current value based on appraisal district values as available and <br /> determined by the Appraisal District; the date of valuation; any <br /> identification numbers; comments or remarks; and the amount of land <br /> involved (acres, blocks, lots, etc.). <br /> 2.7 PHASE III <br /> 2.7.1 Final Reports <br /> The CONSULTANT shall prepare and'submit to the CITY a complete set <br /> of the reports as specified in Subparagraph 2.6.2 in final form. <br /> 2.7.2 System Capabilities <br /> <br /> The CONSULTANT warrants and guarantees that all reports provided <br /> containing information collected under this Agreement can be <br /> down-loaded to a computer tape or diskette. The CONSULTANT will <br /> provide a flat file containing the appraisal information at the <br /> completion of the Agreement. The CONSULTANT shall provide system <br /> conversion consultation/assistance when necessary and until the <br /> conversion process is complete. <br /> The CONSULTANT will utilize the MSA (Management Science American) <br /> tape to record minor assets such as transformers and meters and any <br /> subsequent additions, deletions, and transfers and cost effectively <br /> incorporate the information into the analysis of the electric utility. <br /> 2.7.3 Property Manual <br /> <br /> The CONSULTANT shall develop and provide the CITY with a property <br /> control manual for perpetuation purposes. <br /> 2.7.4 Bar Code Reader <br />
