<br /> (b) The San Marcos Consolidated Independent School District <br />Administration Building, 501 South LBJ Drive, San Marcos, Texas, is <br />hereby designated as the Temporary Branch Early Voting Polling Place <br />for said election. <br /> Section 5. Votinq Hours. <br /> <br /> (a) On election day the polls shall be open from 7:00 A.M. <br />to 7:00 P.M. <br /> (b) Early voting shall be conducted on each day, except <br />Saturdays, Sundays and official State holidays, beginning on <br />April 13, 1992, and ending on Apri 1 28, 1992. The hours for early <br />voting at the Main Early Voting Polling Place shall be the hours <br />that the office of the City Secretary of the Ci ty is regularly open <br />for business; and the hours for early voting at the Temporary Branch <br />Early Voting Polling Place shall be from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. <br /> Section 6. Electronic Votinq System. <br /> <br /> An electronic voting system, as defined in Title 8, V.T.C.A. <br />Election Code, shall be used in said election. Said system shall be <br />used for all early voting, as well as for all precinct voting <br />conducted on election day. Sufficient voting equipment to <br />accommodate the voters shall be provided for early voting and at <br />each of the polling places on election day. The Central Counting <br />Station is established as the Conference Room in the City Hall, 630 <br />East Hopkins Street, San Marcos, Texas. <br /> Section 7. Election Officers. <br /> <br /> The election officers of the City's general and special <br />election to be held on the date of and in conjunction with the <br />election ordered by this Ordinance shall also serve as the officers <br />of the election ordered hereby. <br /> Section 8. Ballot Cards and Ballot Labels. <br /> <br /> Ballot cards and ballot labels shall be prepared in accordance <br />with the applicable provisions of V.T.C.A. Election Code so as to <br />permit the electors to vote "FOR" or "AGAINST" the aforesaid <br />propositions, which shall be set forth in substantially the <br />following form: <br /> PROPOSITION NO. 1 <br /> THE ISSUANCE OF $4,600,000 GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS FOR <br /> STREET AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS <br /> -3- <br />4304f/3 <br />
