<br /> 55 <br /> AGREEMENT TO PROVIDE <br /> PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES <br /> SAN MARCOS, TEXAS <br /> TIllS AGREEMENT, entered into this 3rd day of March , 1992, <br /> and effective immediately by and between David M. Griffith and Associates, Ltd., (hereinafter called <br /> the "Consultant") and City of San Marcos, State of Texas, (hereinafter called the "City"), <br /> WITNESSETH THAT: <br /> WHEREAS, the City has programs which it operates with outside funding, and <br /> WHEREAS, the City supports these programs with support services paid from City's <br /> general funds, and <br /> WHEREAS, outside users will pay a fair share of these costs if supported by an <br /> appropriate cost allocation plan, and <br /> WHEREAS, the Consultant is staffed with personnel knowledgeable and experienced <br /> in the requirements of developing and negotiating such governmental cost allocation plans, and <br /> WHEREAS, the City desires to engage the Consultant to assist in developing a plan <br /> which conforms to Federal requirements and will be approved by their representatives, <br /> NOW THEREFORE, the parties hereto mutually agree as follows: <br /> 1. Employment of Consultant. The City agrees to engage the Consultant for three <br /> years and the Consultant hereby agrees to perform the following services. <br /> 2. Scope of Services. The Consultant shall do, perform, and carry out in a good <br /> professional manner the following services: <br /> A. Development of the following central services cost allocation plans: <br /> OMB Circular A-87 based on Actual costs: <br /> Fiscal Year Ending 1991 <br /> Fiscal Year Ending 1992 <br /> Fiscal Year Ending 1993 <br />
