The A-87 costs plans will contain a determination of tlJe allowable costs (in accordance with OMS Circular A-87) of providinl each supporting service, such as purchasin¡, legal counsel. disbursement processing, etc. The Full cost plana will be prepared in accordance with a Full Cost concept to also incorporate general government costs (i.e., Mayor. City Council, debt service, etc.). B. Negotiation of the completed cost anocation plan with the appropriate Federal and/or State representatives if such negotiation is requested by those representatives. 3. 1l!.t1e of Performan~. The services to be performed hereunder by the Consultant shall be undertaken and çampleted in such sequence a& to assure their expeditious completion and best carry out the purposes of the agreement. An services required hereunder, sh&ll be completed within six (6) months of the issuance of the Cjty's annual audit report. 4. Compensation. The City agrees to pay the CoD.4IIultant a sum not to exceed Ten Thousand Five Hundred DoHars ($10,500) annually for an services required herein, which shall include reimbursement for expenses incurred. Consultant agrees to complete the project and all st\rvices provided herein for said sum. Upon completion and delivery of the plans to the City, the (:On.~u1tant will invoice the City who will then pay the Consultant's invoice within two weeks. S. Chan,s. The City may from time to time. require changes in the scope of the services of the Consultant to be performed hereunder. Such changes. which are mutualJ y agreed upon by and between the City and the Consultant, shall be incorporated in written amendment to this agreement. 6. S9I'viees and M_terlalø to be Furnished by the Cli)'o The City shall furnish the Consultant with all available necessary information. data, and materials pertinent to the execution of this agreement. The City shall cooperate with the Consultant in carrying out the worle herein, and shaH provide adequate staff for liaison with the Consultant and other agencies of City government. 7. Termination of A¡teement for Cause. If, through any cause. the Consultant shan fail to fulfill in timely and proper manner his obligation under this agreement, the City shall thereupon have the right to terminate this agreement with cause. by giving written notice to the Consultant of such termination and specifying the effective date thereof, at least five (5) days before the effective date of such termination. In addition, the City reserves the right to terminate this Agreement without cause upon 30 days advance notice to the Consultant. In the event of such termination, the City shall pay the consultant for a11 services performed to the date of termination. 8. Information and Reports. The Consultant shall, at such time and in such form a& the City may require, furnish such periodic reports concerning the status of the project, such statements, certificates, approvals, and copies of proposed and executed plans and claims and other information re1ative to the project as may be requested by the City. The Consultant shall furnish the City, upon request, with copjea of all documentS and other materials prepared or developed in conjunction with or as part of the project.
