<br />SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. 3
<br />
<br />THIS SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 24th
<br />day of March ,1992, by and between the CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS,
<br />whose address is City Hall, 630 East Hopkins, San Marcos, Texas 78666, for
<br />itself, its successors, and assigns, hereinafter called the Lessor, and the
<br />UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, represented by the Federal Aviation Administration,
<br />hereinafter referred to as the Government, WITNESSETH, That:
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, on the 1st day of February, 1985, the parties hereto entered into
<br />Lease No. DTFA07-85-L-Ol095, as amended by Supplemental Agreement Nos. 1, and
<br />2, dated December 19, 1985, and February 27, 1990, respectively, for the
<br />consideration and purposes more particularly stated in said lease, as amended;
<br />and,
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Government has a requirement to construct an access road to
<br />the localizer equipment for Runway 12 at San Marcos Municipal Airport at
<br />location shown in red on Exhibit "B," Drawing No. SW-D-993l-l, revised
<br />1-23-91, attached hereto and made a part hereof.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, effective March 24, 1992 , the parties hereto
<br />mutually agree to amend the basic lease, as amended, in the following
<br />particulars only, VIZ:
<br />
<br />The Lessor shall provide the Government additional land for
<br />construction of an access road to the localizer equipment for
<br />Runway 12. The location of this access road is more particularly
<br />shown as the area shown in red on Exhibit "B," attached hereto and
<br />made a part hereof.
<br />
<br />ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS of the basic lease, as amended, are hereby
<br />ratified and except as amended hereinabove shall be and remain the same.
<br />
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have subscribed their names as of
<br />the date first above written.
