Contractor <br /> <br />shall defend, indemnify and save harmless the Owner, its <br /> <br /> <br />officers, agents and employees in accordance with this <br /> <br /> <br />indemnification clause regardless of whether the injury or <br /> <br /> <br />damage is caused in part by the Owner, its officers, agents <br /> <br /> <br />or employees. <br />
