Consent Agreement authorizing the City Manager to execute the Consent Agreement; and providing for an effective date. 12.Consider approval of Ordinance 2013 -19, on the second of two readings, amending the City's 2012 -2013 Fiscal Year Budget to authorize the expenditure of funds in the amount of $226,650.00 for the addition of four new Firefighters and one new Police Officer; and providing an effective date. 13.Consider approval of Resolution 2013 -52R, approving the terms and conditions of an Interlocal Agreement with the City of Austin, the Austin Independent School District, the City of Georgetown, Hays County, the City of Pflugerville, the City of Round Rock, Travis County , the University of Texas and Williamson County to establish sustainment funding for the Austin Regional Intelligence Center; authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute this agreement on behalf of the City; and declaring an effective date. 14.Consider approval of Resolution 2013 -53R, approving an Interlocal Agreement with the Region VIII Education Service Center to allow for the City's participation in a cooperative purchasing arrangement known as the Interlocal Purchasing system (TIPS /TAPS) program; authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute this Interlocal Agreement on behalf of the City and ,declaring an effective date. 15.Consider approval of Resolution 2013 -54R, supporting the partnership between Hays County and the Texas Department of Transportation for Hays County road_,w�a projects; authorizing the Mayor and City manager to execute any letters to appropriate authorities expressing the City's support of such partnership; and declaring an effective d- 16.Consider approval of Resolution 2013 -5511, approving an interlocal agreement with the City of Kyle, the City of Buda, Texas State University -San Marcos and Hays County to establish the Hays County Gang Task Force; and declaring an effective date. 7.Consider approval of Resolution 2013 -56R, awarding a construction contract to Harris Road Company, Inc. for the Eddie Durham Park project in the amount of $155,435.80 contingent upon the proponents timely submission of sufficient bonds and insurance in accordance with the City's request for proposal documents for the project; authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute the construction contract documents on behalf of the City and declaring an effective date. 18.Consider approval of Resolution 2013 -57R, approving the award of a construction contract to Jaco Roofing and Construction, Inc. for the roofing of city facilities 2013 Projecting the total amount of $561,723.00; through the Region VIII Education Center Interlocal Purchasing System (TIPS /TAPS) Program contingent upon the contractors timely submission of sufficient bonds and insurance in accordance with the City's construction contract documents for the project; authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute all contract documents on behalf of the City and declaring an
