<br /> 18 <br /> RESOLUTION 1992 - 53 R <br /> - <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE <br /> TERMS OF A FACILITIES MAINTENANCE <br /> AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY AND SOUTHWEST <br /> TEXAS STATE UNIVERSITY PERTAINING TO THE <br /> SAN ANTONIO RIDERS: AND DECLARING AN <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS: <br />PART 1. That the recitals contained in the Facilities <br />Maintenance Agreement attached to this Resolution are <br />incorporated into this Resolution verbatim as an explanation <br />of the basis for the Agreement. <br />PART 2. That the terms and conditions of the Facilities <br />Maintenance Agreement attached to this Resolution between the <br />City and Southwest Texas State University, pertaining to the <br />use of university facilities by the San Antonio Riders World <br />Football League team, are hereby approved. <br />PART 3. That the City Manager, Larry D. Gilley is <br />hereby authorized to execute the Facilities Maintenance <br />Agreement on behalf of the City. <br />PART 4.
