COCK HOUSE MUSEUM SERVICE CONTRACT <br /> THE STATE OF TEXAS <br /> COUNTY OF HAYS <br /> KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS: <br /> That on this 12th day of May, 1992 , the City of San Marcos, <br /> Hays County, Texas, a municipal corporation existing by and under <br /> the laws of the State of Texas, hereinafter referred to as "City", <br /> acting through its City Manager, Larry D. Gilley, and the Heritage <br /> Association of San Marcos, Inc., hereinafter referred to as <br /> "Association", have entered into this service contract having the <br /> terms, consideration and conditions as follows: <br /> 1. <br /> The operation of the Charles S. Cock House Museum (the "House <br /> Museum") by the Association will be a co-sponsored activity of the <br /> Parks and Recreation Department of the City . <br /> 2. <br /> The Association, will, in lieu of paying usage fees for the <br /> House Museum, provide supplies and interior custodial services <br /> incident to the building being open to the public, as well as other <br /> services in keeping with the operation of the building as a House <br /> Museum. <br /> 3. <br /> The Association will schedule reservations for usage of the <br /> House Museum by the public and may collect fees and deposits <br /> incident thereto.
