<br /> -2- <br /> information to the City Parks and Recreation Department concerning <br /> reservation policies and procedures. <br /> 4. <br /> The Association be responsible for opening and securing the <br /> House Museum and for providing other assistance to members of the <br /> public who desire a tour of the House Museum or a reservation of <br /> the House Museum for use for a cultural or educational activity. <br /> 5. <br /> The Association agrees to restrict the use of the House Museum <br /> to cultural and educational purposes in keeping with its <br /> designation as a House Museum by the Texas Historical Commission, <br /> and in compliance with all local ordinances, as well as with <br /> applicable state and federal laws. <br /> 6. <br /> The Association may continue to serve luncheons as a cultural <br /> and educational function of the House Museum and in order to <br /> provide additional hours for display of the House Museum's art work <br /> and antique furnishings to the public. <br /> 7. <br /> Proceeds received by the Association in keeping the House <br /> Museum open to the public will be applied to the costs of operating <br /> the House Museum, such as the service of foods, and the providing <br /> of custodial supplies and custodial services. At least one-half of <br /> the net prof its of luncheons and other revenues received by the <br /> Association in connection with the House Museum shall be dedicated <br />
