<br /> -3- <br /> by the Association to the care and upkeep of the House Museum and <br /> surrounding grounds. The remainder of such profits may be applied <br /> to the furthering of the objectives of the Association, which are <br /> preservation and beautification of San Marcos. <br /> 8. <br /> The Association has compiled an inventory of all items of <br /> personal property located in or about the House Museum, including <br /> an item description, inventory number, name of owner and <br /> approximate value. A copy of this inventory shall be provided to <br /> the City Parks and Recreation Department, and continually annotated <br /> by the Association as items are added or removed during the life of <br /> this agreement. <br /> 9. <br /> The City and the Association agree to review this agreement <br /> annually, the review to include a financial accounting provided by <br /> the Association at a public meeting of the City Council, and a <br /> determination of the feasibility of continuing the agreement under <br /> its existing terms and conditions. <br /> 10. <br /> In all matters connected with this agreement, the Association <br /> shall not discriminate against any person because of race, creed, <br /> ethnic origin, sex, or physical disability. <br /> 11. <br /> If either party shall fail to keep any of the agreements <br /> herein agreed by it, the other party may, by giving the party in <br />
