<br /> Work and results of all testing laboratories as required by CITY. <br /> 1.4.14 The CONSULTANT shall conduct professional inspections to <br /> determine the dates of substantial and final completion, to evaluate <br /> the Work for acceptable conformance with the contract documents and in <br /> light of any subsequent tests performed as described in Section 1.4.12, <br /> to verify that any minor deviations from the contract documents as <br /> described in Section 1. 4 . 12 have been corrected and that the reasons <br /> for any specific qualifications in any and all previous Certificates <br /> for Payment as described in Section 1.4.12 are either no longer valid <br /> or the condition(s) and/or problem(s) have been corrected. The <br /> CONSULTANT shall receive and review written warranties and related <br /> documents required by the contract documents and assembled by the <br /> Contractor. The CONSULTANT shall issue a final Certificate for Payment <br /> or take other appropriate action. And, the CONSULTANT shall make a <br /> written recommendation to CITY regarding CITY's acceptance of the <br /> Project. <br /> 1. 4 . 15 The extent of the duties, responsiblities and limitations of <br /> authority of the CONSULTANT as the CITY's representative during <br /> construction shall not be modified or extended after the contract <br /> documents have been authorized to be competitively bid without written <br /> consent of the CITY and the CONSULTANT and with notice to the <br /> Contractor. <br /> 1.4.l6 Revise contract drawings (unless complete redrawing is <br /> required) to show the Project as constructed. Furnish a set of the <br /> reproducible record drawings (revised drawings) to the CITY, and <br /> furnish two (2) sets of reproducible record drawings, including airport <br /> layout plan, to the FAA. <br /> 1.4.17 Consulting services for Phase 3 will terminate thirty (30) <br /> calendar days after final acceptance of the Project, by the CITY. <br /> Consulting services after this time will be accomplished in accordance <br /> with provisions of Paragraph 1.6 <br /> 1.4.18 The CONSULTANT shall prepare a "Construction Materials Quality <br /> Control Summary" to be submitted weekly/monthly to the FAA. At a <br /> minimum, the summary shall include a list of all tests performed <br /> showing the date, location, pass or fail, results of retests, and <br /> whether or not the test is eligible or ineligible under the Airport <br /> -9- <br />
