and a central angle of 15 deg. 10' whose sub-chord bears N. 55 deg. 03' E. 206.83 feet to an iron stake set for the most Northerly corner of the tract herein described; THENCE, leaving the said Southeast line of F.M. #2439, S. 45 deg. 26' E. 1114.15 feet to an iron stake set in the approximate centerline of Purgatory Creek as established by a survey by O.E. Metcalfe in 1907, same being a Northwest line of a 182.31 acre tract of land conveyed to W.C. Carson, et aI, by Robert G. Fourqureaan, et ux, by deed dated June 19, 1970, and recorded in Volume 237, Page 321, of the Deed Records of Hays County, Texas and a Southeast line of the said Lucio 50 acre tract for the most Easterly corner of the tract herein described; THENCE, with the approximate centerline of Purgatory Creek as established by O.E. Metcalfe, the Southeast line of the said Lucio 50 acre tract and the Northwest line of the said Carson tract, the following courses numbered (1) through (3): (1) S. 53 deg. 13' W. 2.38 feet to an angle point, (2) S. 75 deg. 58' W. 225.83 feet to an angle point, (3) S. 66 deg. 58' W. 9.43 feet to an iron stake set for the most Southerly corner of the tract herein described, from which an iron stake found on the Northeast line of the said Ybarra tract bears S. 45 deg. 29' E. 17.21 feet; THENCE, leaving Purgatory Creek, with the Northeast line of the said Ybarra tract, N. 45 deg. 25' W. 1030.03 feet to the place of beginning, containing 5.00 acres of land, Surveyed on the ground by James R. Hall, Registered Public Surveyor #608, October, 1975. SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall be in effect ten (10) days from and after its passage and after it has been subject to reconsideration by the Council at its next regular meeting following its passage, and providing that the Council did not vote to reconsider it. If reconsidered on June 22, 1992 it shall be in effect ten days from and after its passage on that date if approved. It shall not go into effect if denied. If not reconsidered and approved it shall be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the area as required by the Charter of the City of San Marcos, Texas.
