Metcalfe in 1907, same being a Northwest <br /> line of a 182.31 acre tract of land conveyed to W.C. Carson, <br /> et aI, by Robert G. Fourqureaan, et ux, by deed dated June <br /> 19, 1970, and recorded in Volume 237, Page 321, of the Deed <br /> Records of Hays County, Texas and a Southeast line of the <br /> said Lucio 50 acre tract for the most Easterly corner of the <br /> tract herein described; <br /> THENCE, with the approximate centerline of Purgatory Creek <br /> as established by O.E. Metcalfe, the Southeast line of the <br /> said Lucio 50 acre tract and the Northwest line of the said <br /> Carson tract, the following courses numbered (1) through <br /> (3): <br /> (1) S. 53 deg. 13' W. 2.38 feet to an angle point, <br /> (2) S. 75 deg. 58' W. 225.83 feet to an angle point, <br /> (3) S. 66 deg. 58' W. 9.43 feet to an iron stake set for <br /> the most Southerly corner of the tract herein described, <br /> from which an iron stake found on the Northeast line of the <br /> said Ybarra tract bears S. 45 deg. 29' E. 17.21 feet; <br /> THENCE, leaving Purgatory Creek, with the Northeast line of <br /> the said Ybarra tract, N. 45 deg. 25' W. 1030.03 feet to the <br /> place of beginning, containing 5.00 acres of land, Surveyed <br /> on the ground by James R. Hall, Registered Public Surveyor <br /> #608, October, 1975. <br /> SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall be in effect ten (10) <br /> days from and after its passage and after it has been subject to <br /> reconsideration by the Council at its next regular meeting <br /> following its passage, and providing that the Council did not vote <br /> to reconsider it. If reconsidered on June 22, 1992 it shall be <br /> in effect ten days from and after its passage on that date if <br /> approved. It shall not go into effect if denied.
