<br /> 75 <br /> LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE <br /> CITY OF SAN MARCOS AND THE <br /> GREATER SAN MARCOS LITTLE LEAGUE, INC. <br /> THE STATE OF TEXAS <br /> KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS: <br /> COUNTY OF HAYS <br /> RECITALS <br /> (a) This Lease Agreement is between the City of San Marcos, <br /> a municipal corporation (the "city") and the Greater San Marcos <br /> Little League, Inc. (the "League"). <br /> (b) The League has previously occupied the premises covered <br /> by this Lease Agreement under Use Agreements with the city dated <br /> February 10, 1987 and April 13, 1981. <br /> (c) The terms of this Lease Agreement were approved by the <br /> voters of the City at an election held on May 2, 1992, in <br /> accordance with section 3.07(a) of the City Charter. <br /> 1. GRANT OF LEASE <br /> In consideration of the construction and operation by the <br /> League of a baseball/softball complex, including five fields, <br /> concession stand, restrooms, board room, storage facility, <br /> scoreboards, fencing, lights, dugouts, scorekeeping stands, and <br /> bleachers (the "Complex") at Ramon Lucio Park, City of San Marcos, <br /> Hays County, Texas, City grants a lease of the complex to the <br /> League for baseball/softball games played under the supervision of <br /> the League. <br />
