<br /> -2- <br /> 2. USE OF PREMISES: LEASE PERIOD <br /> <br /> The League will have exclusive use of the concession stand, <br /> restrooms, board room and storage facility year round and may allow <br /> use of these buildings by other programs with the League's <br /> permission. The lease per iod for the remainder of the Complex <br /> shall be from January 1 through August 15 of each year of the <br /> lease. The League may lease the entire Complex for the remainder <br /> of each year for a Fall baseball/softball program. The League <br /> shall provide written notice of its intent to conduct a Fall <br /> program to the City Parks and Recreation Director not later than <br /> August 1 of each year the program is to occur. <br /> 3. TERM <br /> The term of this lease shall be for a period of twenty (20) <br /> years. <br /> 4. RESTRICTIONS ON TIME OF USE: CITY USE OF PREMISES <br /> <br /> This lease shall constitute the grant to the League of an <br /> exclusive right to use the complex from January 1 to August 15 each <br /> year and for the remainder of each year if a Fall program is <br /> conducted. Practice sessions, League games, associated League <br /> activities, and field preparation may be scheduled during this <br /> period. The League agrees that no inning in any game supervised by <br /> it shall be allowed to begin after midnight for Big League (ages <br /> 16-18) tournament games, or after 11:00 p.m. for all other games. <br /> The League agrees that the Complex may be used for other City- <br /> sanctioned youth activities or League approved youth activities <br />
