<br /> -3- <br /> during any Fall period when the League is not the exclusive user, <br /> provided that participants in these activities shall be 18 years of <br /> age or younger, and have League approval. The City shall repair <br /> any damage that occurs to the Complex resulting from City- <br /> sanctioned activities. Damages resulting from League sanctioned <br /> activities will be repaired at the League's expense. <br /> 5. MAINTENANCE: UTILITIES <br /> <br /> The League agrees to maintain the Complex in a condition <br /> suitable for the playing of baseball/softball games from January 1 <br /> to August 15, and the remainder of the year should a Fall program <br /> be conducted. It shall be the responsibility of the League to <br /> deposit all refuse from the Complex area in garbage refuse <br /> containers provided by the City and to keep the Complex in a <br /> sanitary and sightly condition at all times during the period from <br /> January 1 to August 15 of each year or year round if a Fall program <br /> is conducted. The City shall provide water, sewer and electricity <br /> services to the Complex at the City's expense. The city shall <br /> maintain all areas of Ramon Lucio Park outside the Complex at all <br /> times during the year and shall maintain the Complex during the <br /> times when the League is not exclusive user of the Complex. <br /> 6. NONDISCRIMINATION <br /> The League shall not discriminate on the basis of religion, <br /> race, sex, physical disability or national origin in the conduct of <br /> its activities. <br /> 7. INSURANCE <br /> The League shall procure insurance against liability arising <br />
