<br /> -4- <br /> out of the negligence or willful misconduct of the League, the <br /> League's servants, agents or employees in a minimum amount of <br /> $250,000 for injuries to any one person, and $500,000 for all <br /> injuries to persons arising from each occurrence; and $100,000 for <br /> property damage. The City shall be named an additional insured <br /> under the policy. The policy shall provide that it may not be <br /> canceled or amended without ten (10) days written notice by <br /> registered mail to the City. A certificate of insurance shall be <br /> delivered by the League to the City within ten (10) days of the <br /> execution of this lease and annually thereafter. The minimum <br /> limits of any required insurance shall not limit the league's <br /> liability under Part (8) of this lease. <br /> 8. INDEMNIFICATION <br /> The League shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the City <br /> and all officers, agents and employees of the City from any and all <br /> damages, claims, losses, demands, suits, judgments, costs, and <br /> expenses arising in connection with the construction and operation <br /> by League of a baseball/softball complex at Ramon Lucio Park <br /> pursuant to the terms of this lease. <br /> 9. TERMINATION <br /> (a) The League reserves the right to terminate this lease at <br /> any time upon six months advance written notice to the city. Upon <br /> termination of this lease by the League, the City agrees to permit <br /> the League to remove any equipment or structures from the property <br /> which may be reused or relocated at a different site and the City <br /> also agrees to consider any request by the League for a use <br />
