<br /> -4- <br />fraternity/sorority building shall be cleaned <br />up by 10:00 a.m. on the morning following the <br />social function. (one point) <br /> 7. The number of off-street parking spaces <br />available shall be adequate for the number of <br />anticipated residents in accordance with <br />Section 37; provided, however, that any spaces <br />required by the Zoning Commission in addition <br />to the minimum of one per person capacity of <br />permanent sleeping facilities may be located <br />on private or university-owned property other <br />than the site of the fraternity/sorority <br />building if approved by the Zoning Commission <br />as a condition of the specific use permit. <br />Parking of guests' vehicles in the street, if <br />permitted, shall not block driveways or <br />restrict passage of any emergency vehicle. If <br />an existing parking area is not paved, the <br />site plan submitted with the specific use <br />permit application shall be of sufficient <br />detail and scale that it can be determined <br />whether or not the required number of spaces <br />could be provided according to the minimum <br />standards if it were paved. The Zoning <br />Commission may establish a reasonable period <br />of time, as a condition of the specific use <br />permit, within which existing unpaved parking <br />areas shall conform to the all-weather surface <br />and dimensional requirements. (three points) <br /> 8. Activities shall not occur on the premises of <br />the fraternity{sorority building which result <br />in the issuance of a police citation or the <br />arrest of any person. For penal ty point <br />assessment purposes, all citations and arrests <br />resulting from any single incident occurring <br />on the premises of the fraternity/sorority <br />building shall be treated as a single <br />infraction. The issuance of a citation or an <br />arrest resulting from an incident that is <br />reported to the police by a memþer or <br />representative of the resident organization <br />shall not cause penalty points to be assessed. <br /> (two points) <br /> 9. Activities shall not occur on the premises of <br />the fraternity/sorority building which result <br />in the final conviction of any person for an <br /> incident which involves personal injury or <br />death, or sexual assault. (six points) <br /> 10. In addition to the conditions provided above, <br />other relevant requirements may be established <br />by the Zoning Commission as a condition of <br /> approval of the specific use permit based upon <br />the particular characteristics of the subject <br /> site or surrounding neighborhood. The number <br /> of penalty points to be assessed for violation <br /> of such a condition shall be determined by the <br /> Zoning Commission at the time the condition is <br /> established. <br />(d) Prior to the assessment of penalty points for <br /> violation of any of the above-listed conditions, <br /> the violation shall be confirmed in writing <br /> through personal knowledge of a police officer, <br /> fire marshal, building inspector, or other City <br /> officer who investigated the incident in <br /> accordance with the officer's departmental <br />
