<br /> -3- <br />1. The organization shall notify the Director <br /> within 15 days when there is a change in the <br /> name of the contact person or of the officers. <br /> (one point) <br />2. The premises shall comply with all applicable <br /> building, fire, sign, and other codes. <br /> Fraternity and sorority buildings which are <br /> lawfully existing on June 22,1992 will not be <br /> required to comply with all current building- <br /> trade codes that apply to new buildings, but <br /> will be inspected and required to comply with <br /> minimum life-safety requirements as determined <br /> by the Chief Building Official. (three points) <br />3. The maximum total permitted occupancy of each <br /> enclosed building, as determined by the Chief <br /> Building Official, shall be posted in a <br /> visible location within the building. This <br /> limit shall not be exceeded at any time within <br /> any building. (three points) <br />4. The maximum number of persons permitted at one <br /> time on the premises, including all indoor and <br /> outdoor areas, shall be determined by the <br /> Zoning Commission based upon the following <br /> considerations, but in no case shall the limit <br /> be less than the total permi tted occupancy <br /> posted in accordance with subdivision (4) (c)3 <br /> above: <br /> a. the availability of permanent rest-room <br /> facilities; <br /> b. the width of abutting streets in relation <br /> to the potential for traffic congestion and <br /> accessibility for emergency vehicles; <br /> c. the availability of off-street and on- <br /> street parking; <br /> d. the relationship of the property to <br /> surrounding neighborhood uses; and, <br /> e. the existence of screening or buffering <br /> elements along the property lines abutting <br /> other lots. <br /> The maximum number of persons on the premises <br /> at one time shall not exceed the limit <br /> established by the Zoning Commission. (two <br /> points) <br />5. Social functions shall not be held or <br /> conducted during the following hours: <br /> a. between 11:00 p.m. and midnight on a <br /> Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or <br /> Thursday; <br /> b. between midnight and 7:00 a.m. on a Monday, <br /> Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday; or <br /> c. between 1:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. on a <br /> Saturday or Sunday. (two points) <br />6. Outdoor litter on the premises or on public <br /> property within 200 feet of the premises <br /> resulting from social functions at the <br />
