<br /> Page 3 <br /> Letter Agreement <br /> Workability <br /> a. Special Situations <br /> The Consultant shall provide training in: <br /> 1. The assessment of outdoor facilities - <br /> parks, swimming pools and other <br /> recreational facilities. <br /> 2. Public versus employee access to City <br /> facilities. <br /> 3. Accomodations and related expenses. <br /> b. Practice Site Survey <br /> The Consultant shall assist trainees in <br /> an on-site survey of a City facility and <br /> provide a critique at its completion. <br /> c. Discussion and Wrap-Up <br /> The Consultant and trainees shall discuss the <br /> implications for the City based on the results <br /> of the site survey training, developing an <br /> action plan and determining costs, priorities <br /> and resources available. <br /> At the conclusion of Phase I the Consultant shall provide to <br /> the City at no additional cost: <br /> A training manual which contains all applicable ADA <br /> standards and checklist&. <br /> A copy of Form Filler, a software program, with all <br /> the forms pre-designed for easy data entry as <br /> additional facilities are surveyed. <br /> Blank copies of pertinent forms for xeroxing. <br /> PHASE II - SITE SURVEYS <br /> In addition to the practice survey conducted in Phase r of <br /> this Agreement, the following City facilities shall be <br /> surveyed for compliance with ADA requirements by the <br /> Consultant and City personnel: <br /> 1. Public Works Building (Office Space - 6,000 sq. ft.) <br />
