The Consultant shall explain how to use <br /> the new job analyses. <br /> 4. Special situations, issues and concerns <br /> shall be reviewed by the Consultant. <br /> c. Conducting Site Surveys <br /> The Consultant shall review the standards, <br /> measurements, and recording procedures for <br /> physical accesibility site surveys. The use <br /> of survey forms shall also be discussed. <br /> d. Site Survey Focus Areas <br /> In each of the focus areas the Consultant <br /> shall provide brief classroom training <br /> followed by surveying practice in the facility <br /> in which the training is being conducted. <br /> Areas of focus are: <br /> 1. Parking lots, sidewalks, ramps, and <br /> entrances. <br /> 2. Interior circulation - lobbies, hallways, <br /> aisles, doors, stairs, elevators. <br /> 3. Restrooms <br /> 4. Telephones, drinking fountains, signs, <br /> fire extinguishers and alarms. <br /> Upon the City's request, the Consultant shall conduct an <br /> additional session to cover the information presented on Day <br /> 1 (a) and (b) at no additional cost to the City for the <br /> purpose of training additional personnel. <br /> 2.
