<br /> 2.6 Assist AUDITOR with the manual preparation of spreadsheets and <br /> related audit schedules. <br /> 2.7 Provide office space suitable for use by the AUDITOR in close <br /> proximity to the CITY's accounting records. Provide additional space <br /> as needed upon AUDITOR's request. <br /> 2.8 Bear all costs incident to this Article. <br /> ARTICLE 3 <br /> REDmURSA RT~E EXPOSES <br /> <br /> 3.1 Reimbursable expenses are to be charged to the CITY by the AUDITOR <br /> at actual cost and shall include such things as expenses for <br /> transportation, equipment, travel, communications, subsistence and <br /> lodging away from home, reproduction of documents and similar <br /> incidentals. <br /> AR'rICLE 4 <br /> PA~ TO If'BE CONSULTANT <br /> 4.1 PAYIIElftS ON ACCOUft OF BASIC SERVICES <br /> 4.1.1 Payments for Basic Services shall be made to AUDITOR monthly <br /> following receipt by CITY of AUDITOR's invoice therefor. The amounts <br /> of these invoices shall be based upon the extent of work in each phase <br /> in progress completed by the AUDITOR on a percentage basis. <br /> 4.2 PAYIIEftS ON ACCOUft OF ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br /> 4.2.1 Payments on account of the AUDITOR's Additional Services as <br /> defined in Paragraph 1.6 shall be made monthly upon presentation of the <br /> AUDITOR's statement of services rendered or expenses incurred, less any <br /> disputed amounts, pending resolution thereof. <br /> ARTICLE 5 <br /> AUDI".rOR . S RECORDS <br /> 5.1 All expense documentation shall be kept by the AUDITOR and shall <br /> be available to the CITY or the CITY's authorized representative at <br /> mutually convenient times. <br /> ARTICLE 6 <br /> OWNERSHIP ARD USE OF JJOCUIIEIRS <br /> 6.1 Original documents prepared or obtained under the terms of this <br /> Agreement, with the exception of the AUDITOR's working papers, shall <br /> become the property of the CITY. AUDITOR shall provide copies of its <br /> working papers upon CITY's request. However, AUDITOR shall not be <br /> responsible, and liability is hereby waived by CITY against AUDITOR, <br /> -5- <br />
