<br /> SERVICE PLAN <br /> May 18, 1992 <br /> SOUTHEAST CENTERPOINT ROAD R.O.W. , LOWMAN TRACT <br /> ANNEXATION <br />51.62 acres being comprised of 49.39 acres adjoining the existing <br />City limits on the east side of IH-35, south of Centerpoint Rd. <br />and 2.23 acres out of the Centerpoint Road right-of-way, which <br />adjoins the existing City limits on the east side of IH-35 South <br />and the existing city limit boundary south of the Amended Plat of <br />Factory Shops subdivision, including all existing contiguous <br />Centerpoint Road right-of-way. <br />Pursuant to the provisions of the LOCAL GOVERNMENT CODE, Chapter <br />43, Subchapter C., section 43.056, there is hereby adopted for <br />the proposed annexation area the following plan of service: <br />1. POLICE PROTECTION: <br /> Patrolling, response to calls and other routine police <br /> services using present personnel and equipment will be <br /> provided immediately on the effective date of annexation. <br />2. FIRE PROTECTION: <br /> Fire protection with current personnel and facilities will <br /> be provided immediately on the effective date of the <br /> annexation. The first responding station is located at the <br /> corner of Broadway and Parker Street. <br />3. SOLID WASTE COLLECTION: <br /> Businesses and institutions must make arrangements with <br /> private haulers for solid waste disposal. <br />4. PROVISION OF WATER AND SEWER SERVICES IN THE ANNEXED AREA <br /> THAT ARE NOT WITHIN THE SERVICE AREA OF ANOTHER WATER OR <br /> WASTEWATER UTILITY: <br /> The property owner will be required to extend and connect to <br /> existing City sewer facilities in accordance with the City's <br /> development ordinances. Upon completion and dedication of <br /> the new facilities to the City, the city shall provide <br /> maintenance of the facilities. The City's utility extension <br /> policy may be summarized as follows: <br /> "Extension of City Facilities: Where it is necessary, in <br /> order to properly serve the subdivision, that extension of <br /> existing City utilities be made or that drainage facilities <br /> be constructed outside the subdivision, which extensions of <br /> such facilities are here referred to as "off-site <br />
