MAINTENANCE OF ANY OTHER PUBLICLY OWNED FACILITY, BUILDING, <br /> OR SERVICE: <br /> The same standards and policies now established and in force <br /> within the City limits will be followed in maintaining and <br /> expanding public facilities, buildings, or services. <br />8. MAINTENANCE OF ELECTRIC FACILITIES WITHIN THE ANNEXED AREA <br /> WHICH ARE NOT WITHIN THE SERVICE AREA OF ANOTHER ELECTRIC <br /> UTILITY. <br /> The standards and facilities now established and in force <br /> within the City limits will be followed in maintaining and <br /> expanding electric facilities in the expanded area. <br /> Bluebonnet Electric Cooperative holds the Public utility <br /> Commission Certificate of Convenience and Necessity for this <br /> expanded area. <br />
