<br /> 131 <br /> RESOLUTION 1992- 87 R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS <br /> OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY AND SOUTHSIDE <br /> COMMUNITY CENTER, INC. FOR PROFESSIONAL <br /> ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH THE <br /> TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND COMMUNITY AFFAIRS <br /> AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROGRAM GRANT TO THE CITY~ <br /> AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE <br /> AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY AND DECLARING AN <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of San Marcos wishes to engage <br />the services of Southside Community Center, Inc. for the <br />provision of pro fe s s ional administrative services in <br />connection with the Texas Department of Housing and Community <br />Affairs Affordable Housing Program Grant to the Ci ty~ now; <br />therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That the terms and conditions of an <br />agreement with Southside Community Center, for the provision <br />of professional administrative services, a copy of which is <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein for all intents and <br />purposes, are hereby approved. <br /> PART 2. That the City Manager, Larry D. Gilley, be <br />and he is hereby authorized to execute the agreement on <br />behalf of the City. <br /> PART 3.
