Deed Records of Hays County, Texas, for the most Northerly corner of the tract herein described; THENCE, leaving the south right-of-way of Interstate Highway No. 35, along northeast line of the McCoy Corporation 5.51 acre tract of land, S 47 deg. 18' 06" E at 329.83 ft. pass the most Easterly corner of the said 5.51 acres and the most Northerly corner of that certain 10 acre tract of land conveyed to McCoy Corporation by deed recorded in Volume 284, Page 9 of the Deed Records of Hays County, Texas, and continuing wi th the same course for a total distance of 1201.57 ft. to a point in the north right-of-way of the M.K. & T. RR Company at the most Easterly corner of the said 10 acres, for the most Easterly corner of this tract; THENCE, along the north right-of-way of M.K. & T. RR Company, S 79 deg. 59' 56" W 345.41 ft. to an iron rod set at a point of curve to the right, for an angle point in this tract; THENCE, continuing with the north right-of-way of the M.K. & T RR. Company along said curve to the right, its radius is 2805.27 ft., the arc distance is 836.24 ft. and the chord bears S 88 deg. 25' 05" W 833.15 ft. to an iron rod set at the point of tangency, for an angle point in this tract; THENCE, continuing with the north right-of-way of the M.K. & T RR. Company, N 82 deg. 55' 17" W at 104.98 ft. pass an iron pipe found at the most Southerly or Southeast corner of the McCoy 5.51 acre tract of land and continuing with the same course for a total distance of 191.88 ft. to a concrete monument in the south or southeast right-of-way of Interstate Highway No. 35 at the Southwest corner of the said 5.51 acre tract of land, for the Southwest corner of this tract; THENCE, along the south or southeast right-of-way of Interstate Highway No. 35, the following two (2) courses: (1) N 15 deg. 45' 00" E 430.53 ft. to a concrete monument; (2) N 38 deg. 19' 35" E 586.12 ft. to the Place of Beginning, containing 15.846 acres of land. SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall be in effect ten (10) days from and after its passage and after it has been subject to reconsideration by the Council at its next regular meeting following its passage, and providing that the Council did not vote to reconsider it. If reconsidered on August 24, 1992 it shall be in effect ten days from and after its passage on that date if approved. It shall not go into effect if denied. If not reconsidered and approved it shall be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the area as required by the Charter of the City of San Marcos, Texas. PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of August , 1992, subject to reconsideration at the next regular City Council meeting scheduled for August 24, 1992 .
