<br /> SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall be in effect ten (10) <br /> days from and after its passage and after it has been subject to <br /> reconsideration by the Council at its next regular meeting <br /> following its passage, and providing that the Council did not vote <br /> to reconsider it. If reconsidered on August 24, 1992 it shall be <br /> in effect ten days from and after its passage on that date if <br /> approved. It shall not go into effect if denied.
