<br /> -3- <br /> IV. COORDINATION OF REVIEW OF RECORDED TEXAS HISTORIC LANDMARKS, <br /> NATIONAL REGISTER PROPERTIES AND LOCALLY DESIGNATED PROPERTIES <br /> The City Historic Preservation Commission shall make every effort <br /> to review those properties designated as Recorded Texas Historic <br /> Landmarks, National Register properties and as local landmarks <br /> under the adopted Secretary of Interior's Standards and as <br /> specified by the Rules and Procedures for Certified Local <br /> Governments as approved by the National Park Service. The City <br /> shall notify the Texas Historical Commission and the Hays County <br /> Historical Commission of its review and recommendation within a <br /> reasonable time period. If an unpermitted alteration or demolition <br /> occurs to any Recorded Texas Historical Landmark or National <br /> Register listed property, the City Historic Preservation commission <br /> will notify the Hays County Historical Commission. Similar <br /> information on locally designated properties may be forwarded as a <br /> matter of courtesy. <br /> V. COORDINATION OF CERTIFIED LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACTIVITIES <br /> The City Historic Preservation commission and the Certified Local <br /> Government Commi ttee of Hays County Historical Commission may <br /> coordinate on activities funded or sponsored by the Certified Local <br /> Government program. Such coordination shall be approved by both <br /> Commissions and be reflected in all materials produced in support <br /> of an activity. The coordination of such activities is not <br /> required as a result of this agreement but is to be determined on <br /> a case-by-case basis by the two Certified Local Governments. <br /> VI. MANAGEMENT OF CERTIFIED LOCAL GOVERNMENT GRANTS <br /> The City Historic Preservation Commission and the Certified Local <br /> Government Committee of the Hays coúnty Historical Commission shall <br /> apply for and manage separately all Certified Local Government <br /> grants in accordance with the requirements of the Texas Historical <br /> Commission and National Park Service. <br /> VII. COORDINATION OF SURVEY AND INVENTORY MATERIAL ON HISTORIC <br /> PROPERTIES <br /> The City Historic Preservation Commission and the Hays County <br /> Historical Commission shall coordinate the survey and inventory of <br /> historic properties in overlapping jurisdictions. This may include <br /> but not be limited to duplication of identified properties, file <br /> materials such as applications and designations, and photo <br /> documentation such as slides and prints. This stipulation does not <br /> obligate one Certified Local Government to provide such material to <br /> the other without cost of duplication or printing. Any costs <br /> incurred may be covered by a certified Local Government grant to <br /> the requesting party. <br />
