Paul <br /> Harris, et ux, by deed dated May 12,1971 and recorded in <br /> Volume 243, Page 500, Hays County Deed Records; <br /> THENCE, leaving the said O'Neil 211.743 acre tract, with <br /> the southeast line of the said Interstate Highway No. 35, <br /> N 44 04' 15" E, 2405.27 feet to a concrete monument found <br /> for the north corner of the tract herein described, same <br /> being at the intersection of Interstate Highway No. 35 <br /> and Center Point Road; <br /> THENCE, with the lines of the said Interstate Highway No. <br /> 35, and the said Center Point Road, the following courses <br /> numbered (1) through (5): <br /> (1) N 89 06' 42" E, 69.87 feet to a concrete <br /> monument found; <br /> (2) S 45 52' 35" E, 240.52 feet to a concrete <br /> monument found; <br /> (3) N 44 03' 23" E, 148.57 feet to a concrete <br /> monument found; <br /> (4) S 55 55' 35" E, 101.95 feet to a concrete <br /> monument found; <br /> (5) S 45 31' 51" E, 540.96 feet to an iron stake <br /> with aluminum cap marked "Pro-Tech Eng. 2219" <br /> set for the west corner of the tract herein <br /> described; <br /> THENCE, leaving the said Center Point Road, S 44 04' 15" <br /> W, 2633.38 feet to an iron stake with aluminum cap marked <br /> "Pro-Tech Eng. 2219" set in fence on the southwest line <br /> of the said Lowman Ranch 995 acre tract, same being the <br /> northeast line of the aforementioned O'Neil 211.743 acre <br /> tract, for the south corner of the tract herein <br /> described; <br /> THENCE, with fence, the southwest line of the said Lowman <br /> Ranch 995 acre tract, the northeast line of the said <br /> O'Neil 211.743 acre tract, the following courses numbered <br /> (6) through (10): <br /> (6) N 44 11' 19" W, 103.02 feet to a fence post; <br /> (7) N 44 44' 10" W, 197.66 feet to a fence post; <br /> (8) N 45 09' 45" W, 240.41 feet to a fence post; <br /> (9) N 44 42' 18" W, 172.26 feet to a fence post; <br /> (10) N 45 19' 17" W, 218.07 feet to the POINT OF <br /> BEGINNING containing 55.00 acres of land. <br /> SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall be in effect ten (10) <br />days from and after its passage and after it has been subject to <br />reconsideration by the Council at its next regular meeting <br />following its passage, and providing that the Council did not vote <br />to reconsider it. If reconsidered on September 14, 19m shall be <br />in effect ten days from and after its passage on that date if <br />approved. It shall not go into effect if denied. If not <br />reconsidered and approved it shall be published in a newspaper of <br />general circulation in the area as required by the Charter of the <br />City of San Marcos, Texas. <br />
