It shall include, in all contracts in eXCCS5 of $2,000 for work on any projects funded under the grant <br /> agrc:c:ment which in~ labor, provisions establi5hing minimum rates or wages, to be predetermined by the: Sc.crctary or <br /> Labor, in accordance with the Davis-Baron Act, as amended (40 U.S.c. 2768-2768-5), whicb contraclOI'l shall pay to skilled <br /> and unskilled. labor, and such minimum rates shall be. stated in the invitation for bids and sball be included in proposals or <br /> bids for the work. <br /> 15. It sball include, in all contracts for work on any projects funded under the grant agrc:c:ment which <br /> involve labor, such. provisions as are nc:cessary to ensure tbat, in the employment or labor (except in executive, administrative, <br /> and supervisory positions), preference sball be given to ~terans or the Vietnam era and di5abled ~teraDli as defined in <br /> Section 515(c)(1) and. It win give. the Secretary unrcstrictc:d authority to publish, discloie, distn"bute, and otberwile UK any of the material <br /> prcparc:d in connection. with tbis grant. <br /> f. It will grant the Secretary the right to disaJIPI"CM: the: spoasor's employment of specirlC oonsultants and their <br /> subcontractors. to do aU or any part of tbis project as weU as the right to disapp~ the proposed scope and COlt or <br /> professional servic:cs. <br /> J. It will not caUK or permit any activity or action thereon whicb would <br /> inteñere with its UK for airport. purposes. <br /> In funherance or this assurance,. the 5pOCIIOI' will ~ in effect at all times arrangements for- <br /> (1) Operating the: airpon's aeronautical facilities wbeneYCr required; <br /> (2) Promptly marking and lighting hazards resulting from airport conditions, including temporary conditions; and <br /> (3) Promptly notifying airmen. of any condition affecting aeronautic:alUK or the airpon. <br /> Nothing contained herein sball be construed to require tbat the airpon be operated for aeronautic:al UK during temporary <br /> periods wben snow, flood, or other climatic conditions inteñere with such operation and maintenance.
