<br />17 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 1992- 104 R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE SOLE SOURCE <br />PROCUREMENT OF A MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT FROM THE <br />XEROX CORPORATION FOR SERVICE OF THE 1075 XEROX <br />COPIER: AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on August 31, 1992 the City's maintenance <br />agreement with the Xerox Corporation for maintenance of the <br />1075 Xerox copier expired: and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, service for <br />available from only one supplier: <br /> <br />the 1075 Xerox <br />now, therefore, <br /> <br />copier <br /> <br />is <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1.
