The applicant has made a false statement of material fact on the Application <br /> Form or supplemental sheets. <br /> 5. The applicant has committed or attempted to commit a fraudulent act at any <br /> stage of the application process. <br /> 6. The applicant is physically or mentally unfit to perform the essential duties of <br /> the position, even with reasonable accommodation. <br /> 7. The applicant has been convicted of a crime which could conflict with the duties <br /> of the position for which he/she has applied. <br /> 8. All applicants for positions requiring operation of a motor vehicle must meet the <br /> requirements of the City's Safety Policy. (See page 50 - Section 7.80 - Driver <br /> Policy) <br /> 9. Placement of the applicant would violate the City's Nepotism Policy. (See page <br /> 45 - Section 7.45 - Nepotism Policy). <br /> 10. The applicant was discharged and not recommended for rehire by the City of <br /> San Marcos. ~ <br /> 11. Placement of the applicant would violate the City's Age Requirement Policy (See <br /> page 3 - Section 2.20 - Age Requirement). <br /> 12. The applicant is not in compliance with the Immigration Reform Act of 1986. <br /> The Human Resources Department will perform the initial screening of applications to <br /> determine those applicants who meet the required qualifications. The Department supervisor <br /> will interview at least the top three qualified c'andidates for any position and recommend an <br /> applicant.
