<br /> 16Y <br /> Section 3.93 - Payment for Vacation Leave at Retirement: <br /> Employees will be compensated .for up to ninety (90) days of unused vacation time upon <br /> receipt of evidence of retirement under Texas Municipal Retirement System (TMRS) <br /> provisions. <br /> Section 3.99 - Benefits of Deceased Employees: <br /> The employee's designated beneficiary (as designated for life insurance provided by City) <br /> will receive pay for any accumulated vacation leave up to ninety (90) days, holiday pay, salary <br /> and sick bank due at the time of death. The beneficiary will receive any City life insurance <br /> benefits in force at the time of the employee's death.
