Stability bonuses are based on $3.00 per month per year of service
up to twenty-five (25) years, payable after five (5) full years of service. Regular part-time
employees earn stability bonuses based on hours worked (i.e. twenty (20) hours per week
employees earn one half (1/2) total stability bonus amount).
Section 5.40 - Tuition Reimbursement:
Each budget year the City Council wil consider funding a Tuition Reimbursement Program.
If funded regular full time employees who have successfully completed their first six months
~
as City employees are eligible to apply for Tuition Reimbursement Benefits.
