<br /> 961/ <br /> Section 1.30 - Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmanve Action: <br /> The City of San Marcos maintains an Affirmative Action Plan stating its commitment to <br /> develop and support results oriented programs and procedures designed to assist in providing <br /> equal opportunity employment. Copies of the Plan are available in all City Departments and <br /> may be obtained from the Human Resources Department. <br /> Section 1.40 - Administration: <br /> Each director will be responsible to the City Manager for compliance with these guidelines. <br /> All changes to the Employee Handbook regarding employee compensation must be approved <br /> by Council action. Approved changes will be incorporated into these guidelines and <br /> distributed to each department and all employees. These guidelines may be supplemented by <br /> administrative directives and procedural guidelines by the Director of Human Resources with <br /> the approval of the City Manager.
