11//1 described, and being on a South line of the City Limits of San Marcos, Texas, also being under an overhead power line; THENCE, leaving the said River Road and the said overhead power line, with the South and Southwest lines of the said Texas State Highway No. 80 and the said San Marcos city Limits, the following courses numbered (1) and (2): (1) N 812 59' 00" E, 157.81 feet to a concrete monument found under an overhead telephone line for a Northesterly corner of the tract herein described; (2) S 612 54' 49" E, 375.00 feet to an iron stake with an aluminum cap "Pro-Tech Eng. II set for the East corner of the tract herein described; THENCE, leaving the said State Highway No. 80, the said San Marcos City Limits, and the said overhead telephone line, S 592 17' 54" W, 199.59 feet to an iron stake with an aluminum cap set for the South corner of the tract herein described; THENCE, with a line 170.7 feet Southwest of and parallel to the Southwest line of the said State ~ighway No. 80, N 61254' 49" W, 422.99 feet to an iron stake with an aluminum cap set on the Southeast line of the aforementioned River Road, for the West corner of the tract herein described, same being under the aforementioned overhead power line; THENCE, with the Southwest line of the said River Road, and the said overhead power line, N 452 11' 31" E, 81.31 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING containing 1.652 acres of land. Surveyed June 11, 1985. , SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall be in effect ten (10) days from and after its passage and after it has been subject to reconsideration by the Council at its next regular meeting following its passage, and providing that the Council did not vote to reconsider it. If reconsidered on November 23, 1991t shall be in effect ten days from and after its passage on that date if approved. It shall not go into effect if denied. If not reconsidered and approved it shall be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the area as required by the Charter of the city of San Marcos, Texas. PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of November, 1992, subject to reconsideration at the next regular City Council meeting scheduled for November 23, 1992 .
