<br />13Y,If <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />recorded in volume 225, page 357 of the Hays County Deed <br />Records; (said tract being subsequently partitioned) <br /> <br />THENCE leaving the Velasquiz 7 acre tract and the PLACE <br />OF BEGINNING as shown on that plat numbered 20681-81-b <br />prepared for Mary Anne Hood by Byrn and Associates, Inc. <br />of San Marcos, Texas, with the common northeast line of <br />the M R Properties tract and the southwest line of the <br />Hood tract, as fenced and used upon the ground, N 47° 43' <br />02" W 336.19 feet to a plastic capped 1/2" iron rod set <br />in fence for the west corner of this tract and for the <br />south corner of that 100 foot wide electric line easement <br />and right-of-way granted from Mary Anne Hood to the Lower <br />Colorado River Authority dated June 20, 1986 and recorded <br />in volume 638, page 713 of the Hays County Real Property <br />Records; . <br /> <br />THENCE leaving the M R Properties tract and entering the <br />Hood tract with the southeast line of the aforereferenced <br />L.C.R.A. easement, N 43° 56' 14" E 1278.19 feet to a <br />plastic capped 1/2" iron rod set in the southwest line of <br />F.M. Highway No. 3407 for the north corner of this tract; <br /> <br />THENCE leaving the L.C.R.A. easement with the southwest <br />line of F.M. Highway No. 3407, S44° 51' 00" E 359.41 feet <br />to a plastic capped 1/2" iron, rod see in the common <br />southeast line of the Hood tract and the northwest line <br />of the aforereferenced Velasquiz tract for the east <br />corner of this tract; <br /> <br />THENCE leaving F .M. Highway No. 3407 with the common <br />southeast line of the Hood tract and the northwest line <br />of the Velasquiz tract, as fenced and used upon the <br />ground, S 44° 59' 42" W 1261.09 feet to the PLACE OF <br />BEGINNING. There are contained within these metes and <br />bounds 10.13 acres, more or less, of land area as <br />surveyed on the ground during August, 1992 by Byrn and <br />Associates, Inc. of San Marcos, Texas. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall be in effect ten (10) <br />days from and after its passage and after it has been subject to <br />reconsideration by the Council at its next ,regular meeting <br />following its passage, and providing that the Council' did not vote <br />to reconsider it. If reconsidered on December 7, 1992 it shall be <br />in effect ten days from and after its passage on 'that date if <br />approved. It shall not go into effect if denied.
