<br /> 9 <br /> Regular Meeting March 14, 1983 Page 2 <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING SECTION 29-123 OF THE CODE <br /> OF ORDINANCES OF SAID CITY TO ADD FOUR LOCATIONS <br /> WITHIN SAID CITY AT WHICH PARKING SHALL BE PROHIBIT- <br /> ED; DECLARING A PENALTY, AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE <br /> DATE. <br /> Mr. Moore moved for approval of the Ordinance on first reading and <br /> Mrs. Norris seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br /> Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of revision to <br /> the proposed Master Plan concerning density. The Planning Commission <br /> recommended to the Council changing the denisty levels from: 0-4 low, <br /> 4-l2 medium and more than 12 high to 0-6 low, 6-12 medium and more than <br /> 12 high. Mr. Farr moved to approve the recommendation and Mrs. Norris <br /> seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br /> Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration adoption of an Ordinance <br /> on third and final reading, the caption which was read as follows: <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, ADOPTING A MASTER PLAN FOR SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS; REPEALING THE 1970 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FOR SAID <br /> CITY; REQUIRING A PUBLIC HEARING PRIOR TO AMENDMENT <br /> OF THE MASTER PLAN AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> Mrs. Norris moved to table the Ordinance on third and final reading <br /> until the Master Plan is printed and returned to the Council in final <br /> form. Mr. Garza stated it could be brought to the Council in final <br /> form at the March 28 Council Meeting. M. VERAMENDI LEAGUE NO. 1 IN HAYS COUNTY, <br /> TEXAS, A/K/A 2101 HUNTER ROAD, FROM "AO" (AGRICULTUR- <br /> AL-OPEN SPACE DISTRICT) TO "LI" (LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DIS- <br /> TRICT). <br /> Mr. Farr moved for the adoption of the Ordinance on third and final <br /> reading and Mrs. Norris seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br />
