11 Regular Meeting March 14, 1983 Page 4 Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration adoption of a Resolution, the caption which was read as follows: A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, RATIFYING THE EXECUTION BY THE CITY ~1ANAGER OF SAID CITY OF AN APPLICATION FOR ASSISTANCE FROM THE GOVERNOR'S CRIMINAL JUSTICE DIVISION FOR A CLOSED CIRCUIT TV SYSTEM AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Mrs. Norris moved for adoption of the Resolution and Mr. Brown second- ed the motion, which passed unanimously.
