(" SwL " ), 4150-B Freidrich Lane, P.O. <br /> Box 17366, Austin, Texas 78760 for construction materials testing and <br /> inspection services in connection with the construction of the San <br /> Marcos Public Library. <br /> WITNESSETH: CITY and SwL do hereby agree as follaws: <br /> ARTICLE 1 <br /> DEFINITION OF TERMS <br /> 1.1 SwL shall include the company, or its particular division, <br /> subsidiary or affiliate performing the work. <br /> ¡ 1.2 CITY refers to the City of San Marcos.
