Call to Order and Announce a Quorum is Present <br />With a quorum present, workshop meeting of the San Marcos City Council was called to order <br />by Mayor Daniel Guerrero at 12:09 p.m. on Friday, April 12, 2013 in the Council Chambers of <br />the City of San Marcos City Hall, 630 East Hopkins, San Marcos, Texas 78666. <br />3. 12:OOPM Receive a Staff presentation and hold a Public Hearing to receive comments <br />for or against the 2013 CDBG Action Plan. <br />Janis Hendrix, Community Initiatives Administrator, provided a brief presentation. <br />Mayor Daniel Guerrero opened the Public Hearing at 12:41 p.m. <br />Marla Johnson, Hays Caldwell Women's Center, addressed the Council regarding the request of <br />$25,000 for the Hays Caldwell Women's Center Shelter program. This request covers about <br />25% of their program. <br />
