<br /> . bIZ <br /> SAN MARCOS ELECTRIC UTILITY <br /> ELECTRIC TARIFF <br />ISSUED BY: CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS SHEET NO. - <br />EFFECTIVE DATE: 3/1/92 REVISION NO. - <br /> <br /> LARGE GENERAL SERVICE <br /> RATE SCHEDULE - LGS <br />MINIMUM CHARGE <br />The monthly minimum charge shall be the sum of the "Basic <br />service", the "Demand Charge" and all applicable rate adjustments. <br />PAYMENT <br />All bills shall be paid on or before the fifteenth (15) day <br />following issuance. Any and all amounts remaining unpaid after <br />the due date shall be assessed a charge in the amount of ten <br />percent (10%) of the unpaid amount. Payment from state agencies <br />must be received within thirty (30) days from receipt of bill, and <br />any unpaid amount will be subject to a 1% per mont~ interest <br />charge, following the procedures set forth in the Prompt PaYment <br />Act. <br />CONTRACT DEMAND <br />Service under this rate schedule requires that the customer <br />execute a standard contract for a minimum term of one year, for a <br />specified Contract Demand used in the determination of Billing <br />Demand, as set forth below. <br />DETERMINATION OF BILLING DEMAND <br />The "Billing Demand" each month shall be the greater of the <br />following: <br />a. The highest kW demand established during any 30 minute <br />period during the month; <br />b. 65% of the highest kW demand established during the <br />immediately preceding 11 months; <br />c. 350 kW or 50% of the Contract Demand. <br /> 16 <br />
