<br /> (pJ:: <br /> SAN MARCOS ELECTRIC UTILITY <br /> ELECTRIC TARIFF <br />ISSUED BY: CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS SHEET NO. - <br />EFFECTIVE DATE: 3/1/92 REVISION NO. - <br /> <br /> SMALL GENERAL SERVICE <br /> RATE SCHEDULE - SGS <br />The City shall charge and collect for small general service <br />electric service on the basis of the provisions of this Rate <br />Schedule - SGS. The Power Cost Adjustment Clause and Rules and <br />Regulations for Electric Service are incorporated by reference as <br />a part of this rate schedule. <br />AVAILABILITY <br />This rate schedule is available throughout the entire <br />territory served by the city of San Marcos. <br />APPLICABILITY <br />This rate schedule is applicable to all electric service <br />required for lighting, power and any other purpose; other than <br />residential service as defined in Rate Schedule - RS, where the <br />maximum metered demand is less than 50 kW. If the metered kWh <br />exceeds 3,600 kWh for three consecutive months, the city may <br />install demand metering equipment. If the maximum metered demand <br />is 50 kW or greater for any two months during any twelve month <br />period, the City will transfer the customer to the then applicable <br />general service rate schedule. <br />CHARACTER OF SERVICE <br />Service under this rate schedul~ shall be alternating <br />current, 60 Hertz, single phase, at the city's option of standard <br />available voltages. The City may, at its option, provide three <br />phase service when individual motors rated at 5.0 horsepower or <br />larger are connected. Standby or resale service is not permitted <br />under this rate schedule. <br /> 4 <br />
