The amount computed at the "Monthly Rate" shall be <br />subject to taxes, assessments and surcharges imposed by any <br />governmental authority which are assessed on the ba$is of revenues <br />from electric service or volume of electricity purchased or sold. <br />MINIMUM CHARGE <br />The monthly minimum charge shall be the sum of the "Basic <br />Service" and all applicable rate adjustments. <br />PAYMENT <br />All bills shall be paid on or before the fifteenth (15) day <br />following issuance. Any and all amqunts remaining unpaid after <br />the due date shall be assessed a charge in the amount of ten <br />percent (10%) of the unpaid amount. Payment from state agencies <br />must be received within thirty (30) days from receipt of bill, and <br />any unpaid amount will be subject to a 1% per month interest <br />charge following the procedures set forth in the Prompt Payment <br />Act. <br /> 5 <br />
