<br /> 23T <br /> -21- <br /> ARTICLE XXIII. TERMINATION <br /> 23.01. At any time during the term of this lease should <br /> Administrative funding from the state be reduced or not be <br /> available to Tenant for the continuation of a full time WIC Program <br /> in Bastrop, this lease shall terminate immediately upon 10 days <br /> notice to Landlord and Tenant shall have no further obligation <br /> under this lease. <br /> ARTICLE XXIV. MISCELLANEOUS <br /> 2.4. 01 The captions used herein are for convenience only and <br /> do not limit or amplify the provisions hereof. <br /> 24.02 One or more waivers of any covenant, term, or condition <br /> of this lease by either party shall not be construed as a waiver of <br /> ~ <br /> a subsequent breach of the same covenant, term, or condition.
