No person will use any roadway, walkway, or mall except as a means of egress <br /> from or ingress to the commercial area and parking areas within the Shopping Center or <br /> adjacent public streets. Such use will be in an orderly manner in accordance with <br /> directional or other signs or guides. Roadways will not be used at a speed in excess of <br /> twenty 920) miles per hour and will not be used for parking or stopping except for the <br /> immediate loading or unloading of passengers. No walkway or mall will be used for other <br /> than pedestrian travel. <br /> Parking Areas <br /> 2. No person will use any parking area except for the parking of motor vehicles <br /> during the period of time the person or the occupants of his vehicle are customers or <br /> business invitees of the retail establishments within the Center. All motor vehicles will be <br /> parked in an orderly manner within the painted lines defining the individual parking places. <br /> During peak periods of business activity, limitations may be imposed as to the length of <br /> time for parking use. Such limitations may be made in specified àreas. <br /> SeIVice Areas <br /> 3.(a) No person will use any utility area, truck court, or other seIVice area reserved <br /> for use in connection with the conduct of business except for the specific purpose for which <br /> permission to use such area is given. <br /> Noninterference by Services <br /> , <br /> (b) Each occupant will use its best efforts to cause all trucks servicing its retail <br /> . facilities to load and unload prior to the hours of opening for business to the general public <br /> of . <br /> <br /> Employee Parking <br /> 4. No employee of any business in the Center will use any area for motor vehicle <br /> parking except the area or areas specifically designated for employee parking for the <br /> particular period of time such use is to be made. No employer will designate any area for <br /> employee parking except such area or areas as are designated in writing by Center <br /> management. <br /> Safe Premises <br /> 5. All commercial areas, including vestibules, entrances, and returns, doors, fixtures, <br /> windows, and plate glass will be maintained in a safe, neat, and clean condition. <br /> -15- <br />
