All trash, refuse, and waste materials will be regularly removed from the premiss <br /> of each occupant of the Center, and until removal will be stored: (a) in adequate containers, <br /> which such containers will be located so as not to be visible to the general public shopping <br /> in the Center; and (b) so as not to constitute any health or fire hazard of nuisance to any <br /> occupant. No burning of trash, refuse, or waste materials will occur. <br /> Dwelling <br /> 7. No portion of the Center will be used for lodging purposes. <br /> Displays <br /> 8. Neither sidewalks nor walkways will be used to display, store, or place any <br /> merchandise, equipment, or devices. Notwithstanding the foregoing, common areas may be <br /> used for merchants' association promotional events, provided that the specific event and the <br /> use of such areas in connection with such have been approved by Center management. <br /> Radius of Advertising <br /> 9. No advertising medium will be utilized which can be ~ heard or experienced <br /> outside of the commercial area, including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, <br /> flashing lights, searchlights, loudspeakers, phonographs, radios, or television. <br /> Oose-Out Promotions <br /> 10. No auction, fire, bankruptcy, or going-out-of-business sale will be conducted in, <br /> at, on, or about the Center or any portion or portions of such. <br /> Boundaries for Dping Business <br /> . 11. Under no circumstances, without the express consent of Center management, will <br /> there be any sale of merchandise or display of merchandise outside the defined exterior <br /> walls or the roof of any building within the Center. <br /> " <br /> Generally Nonpermined Uses <br /> 12. No use will be made of the Center or any portion or portions which would: (a) <br /> violate any law, ordinance, or regulation; (b) constitute a nuisance; (c) constitute an <br /> extrahazardous use; or (d) violate, suspend, or void any policy or policies of insurance on <br /> any stores. <br /> Unauthorized Activities <br /> 13. No person without the written consent of Center management will in or on any <br /> part of the common area: <br /> -16- <br />
