However, in the event of conflict, dispute or discrepancy <br />between the provisions of this Agreement and the Consultant's <br />proposal, the more restrictive and/or burdensome provisions <br />regarding the Consultant's performance shall govern and control. <br />1.1.2 Consultant shall submit reports of the results of <br />groundwater analyses to the Owner upon Hell completion and <br />approximately six months fo11oHing well completion. <br />1.1.3 Construction, sampling and analysis in addition to that <br />described in the Work Plan that may subsequently be required by the <br />Owner ,,¡ill be considered Additional Services and compensation made <br />in accordance with Section 10.2, or, at the OHner's option, will be <br />renegotiated or otherwise secured by the Owner. <br />1.4 ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br /> For the purposes of this Contract, additional services will be <br />considered to be all the services not included in the basic <br />contracted services as identified in Article 1. Additional <br />services shall be provided if authorized or confirmed in writing by <br />the Owner as provided in this Agreement and compensation shall be <br />in addition to the specified for basic services. Compensation for <br />additional services shall be in accordance with Section 10.2 of <br />this Agreement. <br /> ARTICLE 2 <br /> THE OWNER'S RESPONSIBILITIES <br />2.1 The Owner shall designate a representative authorized to <br />act in the Owner's behalf with respect to the project.
