<br /> Consultant may be required to attend public meetings or <br />administrative agency meetings in order to make formal <br />presentations of the alternatives, costs, results and other related <br />issues. <br /> Consultant will advise the Owner of filing requirements and <br />furnish to Owner, where required by the project, the data necessary <br />for applications for local, state, and federal authorities. <br />0.1 STANDARDS OF PERFORMANCE <br />0.1.1 In the performance of all services in connection with this <br />Agreement, the Consultant shall use that degree of care and skill <br />ordinarily exercised for similar projects by Consultants who <br />possess special expertise in the type of work involved in this <br />project. Consultant shall be a representative but not an agent of <br />the Owner. <br />0.1.2 The Owner recognizes that environmental, geologic and <br />geotechnical conditions can vary from those encountered at the <br />times and locations where data are obtained by the Consultant. <br />Because the available data may be limited, the Owner recognizes <br />that there is some level of uncertainty with respect to the <br />interpretation of these environmental, geologic and geotechnical <br />conditions, despite Consultant's use of due professional care and <br />skill. <br />1.1 WORK PLAN <br />1.1.1 The Consultant's Work Plan dated November 9, 1990, is <br />attached hereto, made a part hereof, and incorporated herein for <br />all purposes, and the Consultant shall have such other duties and <br />responsibilities and limitations of authority as set forth <br /> -2- <br />
